I have two discount codes, can I use them both?

All promotions, discounts and gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with one another. You'll need to choose one and this can be applied at checkout once you've entered your email address.

Can I get my order gift wrapped and how does this work?

There's an option on checkout to add on gift wrapping and you can also add it in by visiting the gift wrap product page. We also recommend you buy 1 gift bag for every three clothing items and 1 for each sleeping bag due to size.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your address after ordering if we have started processing your order. However, we offer free returns on all orders within the UK, so you can place an order to the new address and initiate a return once you receive orders in the old address. To initiate an address change before you receive your delivery confirmation, please email us at and we will do our best to get that sorted before your order gets processed.

I've just placed my order and realised I want to add something. Can I add to my order?

Unfortunately this is not possible. But we'll refund the delivery fee for the second order. Please place your order in the site as normal and email us at with both the order numbers. We will refund the delivery fee if the second order is placed within 24 hours of the first order.

Delivery & Returns

How can I track/review the status of my order?

You’ll receive an automated email confirming your order followed by a shipping confirmation email. You should receive a tracking number within your shipping confirmation email however this may take 24-48 hours to register with the courier service.

I did not receive an order confirmation/invoice. Where can I find these?

Your order confirmation and invoice will be sent to you via email. Please start by checking your email spam folder.

How soon will I get my order and how much does delivery cost?

What countries outside the United Kingdom do you ship to? What are the duty and customs arrangements?

I would like to initiate a return. How can I do this?

What couriers do you use?

Our orders are delivered by UK Royal Mail or their international partners (except for UK Mainland next day, which is delivered by DPD).

Do I need to pay for my return?

No, we offer free returns from within the UK for 30 days from your date of delivery. Please visit our returns page for details.

Where should I address the return?

Once you've initiated the returns process with our customer service team on the returns page we will send you the details.

I want to cancel an order. How do I initiate this?

We try our best to get your products out to you as soon as possible, so there is only a short period of time where we can cancel an order. If you order is already in process, we cannot cancel it unfortunately. To cancel an order, email If your order cannot be cancelled, you can return it right after receiving it.

What happens to my parcel if I’m not home?

You will receive an email from the courier with your parcel's delivery details and tracking instructions. If your courier is Royal Mail and you were away during delivery they will leave a "Something For You" card for you to collect the parcel at a collection point near to your home. If your parcel is being delivered by DPD and we have your contact details, you will receive a text or email with a 1-hour time slot. You can reply to this message or follow the link to authorise delivery to a neighbour, instruct to leave in a safe place or request redelivery another day.

Do I have an option to receive contactless delivery?

Yes, if you are receiving the delivery from Royal Mail, they will not require a signature. They will only ask for your name. They will place the package at your door and step back a safe distance for you to collect the package safely. If you are receiving delivery from DPD you can use the tracking link shared by them, to request the package be deposited in a safe place

What payment options are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can further choose to pay with your PayPal account. Our payments are PCI compliant and support 3D secure checkouts. The final payment will be charged in our store's main currency, GBP. Amounts displayed on the website in other currencies are indicative of the final price.

How do I choose a different billing address?

In order to change your billing address proceed to the payment step in the checkout. There is a box where you can enter an alternative billing address to your delivery address.

Are products safe for babies?
  • Yes, we adhere to all security standards: drawcords (except on our giftwrap) are just design features and cannot actually be drawn closed
  • We use zippers and snap buttons wherever possible instead of buttons
  • Flammability: Our products meet the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles (16 CFR part 1610)
  • Our sleeping bags meet the European standard for BS EN 16781:2018 Safety Requirements (learn more here).
What is your product sizing like?

Please refer to the size guide. If you are uncertain of the right size you can of course buy more than one size and return the wrong size. But as a business, we are doing everything we can to be as sustainable as possible and purchasing additional sizes and then returning them is not contributing to our overall mission of reducing our environmental footprint.

How do I care for my Truh products?

For the best results, machine wash your Truh babywear at 40℃ and tumble dry on low or alternatively, dry on a line. Wash clothes with similar shades of colours to avoid discoloration

Can the actual product colours be different from the product pictures on the website?

We doublecheck our product images on several screens to make sure the colours on the website align with the actual colours of the products. But due to different screen settings there might be small differences between what you see on the website and the final product. Please contact us if you require clarifications on a particular product beforehand. And if you really don't like the actual colour, you can of course return the product.

Shopping Experience

Are all products I see on the website in stock?

Usually the availability on the website represents the products we have in stock. It should not - but it can happen that this is not updated correctly and you might purchase a product that is no longer available. In that case we will be in touch as soon as we realise and offer you an alternative or a refund.

How do I checkout the products I have chosen?

Once you've added the products you want to purchase you simply click the shopping bag button on the top right corner of our website and follow the steps.

Gift Cards & Gifting

Do you sell gift vouchers and how do they work?

Yes, we sell digital gift cards here. The gift card will be sent via email. We do not sell physical gift cards, but you can of course print out the gift card from the email to present it to the recipient.

To purchase a gift card simply select the value you want (£25 - £200) and proceed to checkout as normal. You can either use your own email address or the recipients' email address if you want to send the gift card to them directly.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Our gift cards are very simple to use. Simply add the gift voucher code to the discount column in checkout. You can also use this voucher on multiple purchase if your cart value doesn't reach the gift card value. Simply revisit the gift card email to check the remaining balance on the card after each purchase!
